Dr. Goldberg knew early on that he wanted to care for children. He earned his medical degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, then completed a pediatric internship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Goldberg received, even more, training during his pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. This residency allowed him to gain extensive experience in hematology and oncology.
As an assistant clinical professor at Baylor College of Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics, Dr. Goldberg spent years mentoring medical students and residents. His compassion for the pediatric field of medicine was evident amongst his students, as well as throughout the community. Dr. Goldberg eventually founded his clinic, Pediatrics of Southwest Houston, where he continues to serve families in Houston.
When Dr. Goldberg isn’t busy seeing his young patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and five grandchildren. He travels with his family as often as he can.
